一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹 Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application


粉狀物料由振動給料斗經橫向螺旋送料器定量、均勻地加入軋片主料斗,使軋片主料斗內保持恒定的料位,然后由軋片主料斗內的縱向錐螺旋對粉料進行預壓縮并輸送至兩只壓輥的弧形槽口。其表面分布形狀相同的半扁圓形弧槽或菱形槽,通過一對齒輪嚙合傳動,使兩只壓輥等速反向旋轉,將錐螺旋輸送至槽口的物料咬入槽內并形成瞬間強制壓縮,物料經壓縮成形后承受的壓力逐漸減小,在其彈力及重力的作用下,從槽內脫落,進入破碎整粒系統,然后根據用戶的要求過篩、分級,得到符合要求的均勻顆粒狀產品。篩下粉重新進入回振動料斗循環利用。

該設備主要適用于膠囊填充顆粒、顏料、洗滌劑、催化劑、碳酸鍶、化肥、白炭黑、無機鹽類、氯代異氰尿酸類、漂粉精、農藥、氧化物等,以及工業回收粉塵物料:如鑄鐵廠粉塵、鉛、鋅、鋁粉塵、轉爐粉塵、濾塵、磨削等粉塵。 

The powder materials will be added in the main flaking unit by vibratory feed unit after being quantified by horizontal spiral feeder to maintain the constant material level in the main flaking unit, then pre-compressed by the vertical spiral cone in the main flaking unit, and conveyed to thearc groove of two compression rollers. The surface is provided with the half-oblatearc groove or diamond groove with same shape; two compression rollers rotate at reverse directions at constant speed under the engaging transmission action of one pair of gears to add the materials conveyed by the spiral cone in the groove and form the momentforce compression; the pressure of materials formed through compression is gradually decreased, and the formed materials fall off from the groove and enter in the crushing and granulating system under the elastic force and gravity actions, and then screened and graded as required by customer, finally obtaining the conformed even granule products. The screened powder material will return to the vibrating feeder for cycle utilization.

The equipment is mainly applicable to capsule filling particle, pigment, detergent, catalyst, strontium carbonate, fertilizer, white carbon black, inorganic salts, chlorinated isocyanuric acids, calcium hypochlorite, pesticide, oxides and recycled industrial dust materials, such as dust of iron foundry, lead, zinc, aluminum dust, converter dust, filtering dust and grinding dust.

 

二、特點       Characteristics


1.   粉體原材料經本設備無需任何添加劑可直接加工成0.5-5mm的均勻顆粒,使物料的堆積密度大大提高。

2.   工藝流程簡短,能耗低,輔助設備及人員配置少。

3.   干粉直接造粒,無需后續干燥過程。

4.   顆粒強度高,堆積比重的提高較其他造粒方式都更為顯著。

5.   操作彈性大,適應范圍廣,顆粒強度的大小可通過液壓力調節。

6.   系統密閉循環操作,實現連續生產。


1. The raw powder materials can be processed to even granules of 0.5-5mm without any additive, thus to improve the bulk density of materials.

2. The process flow is simple and short, and low in energy consumption with smallauxiliary equipment and personnel allocation demands.

3. The dry powder materials are pelletized directly without subsequent drying process.

4. The particle strength is high, and the bulk specific weight is significantly improved than other pelleting method.

5. It has large operating flexibility and wide applicable scope, and the particle strength may be adjusted through hydraulic pressure.

6. The sealed loop operation of system can realize the continuous production.
